Beat Infertility is a podcast hosted by Heather Huhman. One of her episodes in August was an interview with Jocelyn, a 33-year-old finance manager who was diagnosed with unexplained infertility. On the podcast, Jocelyn shared her fertility journey and how she beat infertility. I think a lot of women TTC can relate to her roller coaster experience of figuring out what is wrong with her body after several failed IUI’s. My takeaway on this podcast? It’s when she said her advice to her past self is “Take it one day at a time.” ❤️

I’m sure you will agree that when you’re TTC, you probably often say that “you will do anything to get pregnant.” This podcast from Fertility Rewire, hosted by Kat Stevens, a Fertility Coach, talks about the things you need to look into to help you see a much bigger picture about getting pregnant. It also talks about the importance of knowing how to interpret the results you get, and what you need to be able to identify appropriate steps to take and get the support you need.

The Fertility Warriors
It’s been a year since my 2 failed embryo transfers in Spain, I still haven’t decided if I want to go again. Recently I came across The Fertility Warriors podcast hosted by Robyn, a certified Life Coach who helps TTC people regain energy, get unstuck and find joy regardless of what’s happening in your journey. On one of her podcasts, she talked about how to find HOPE when TTC isn’t working. It’s kind of reassuring knowing there are other people going through the same rollercoaster of emotions you have when TTC. 🧡
